With hard work come wonders beyond amazing measure.

A Love that grows strong is one of life’s greatest treasures!

Be patient, waiting is definitely going to take a toll on your heart.

It’s a test, it’s not easy, and you’ll need a great start.

Love grows stronger and stronger with experience and age

It’s an unwritten book and YOU get to fill the page!

Timing has its own mind, it’s either right or it’s wrong

It’s not yours to control, you can’t fast forward this song!

Love is amazing and it makes you do the craziest things.

It’s random like Red Bull commercials and how they say “it gives you wings”

You get back what you put in so if it’s real make it work.

But make sure the other heart isn’t just another jerk.

Two hearts will grow strong, it happens, I’ve seen it done.

Those hearts with such a bond, love turns two into one!

So when the timing is right the light will shine from up above

It hits hard and you’ll feel the strength and passion of that Love!

Good morning and Merry Christmas!

I woke up at 6 am this morning, wide awake and speechless... Not exactly sure why, but I know it wasn't because I was excited to open all my presents under my tree. Under my tree sit 3 presents and none of them are for me. They're from me to 3 amazing young ladies that I've gotten pretty close to this past year and I know this may sound corny, but the memories I've made with them are more than anything I can ask for as a Christmas gift.

This morning is the first Christmas I've ever woken up and didn't have anyone to share the morning with. I've always had a family member a room away or for the past couple years I had a girlfriend who (even though we didn't live together) was there right when I woke up. <- This probably sounds sappy and sad, but I'm fine with this! It's a situation I've never been in before and something I needed to experience!

I have the most amazing people in my life and I know it! They may not be here when I wake up Christmas morning, but it doesn't have to be a "special days" for me to realize how special they are to me. I'm very thankful to have everyone in my life that I have and I wouldn't trade any of them for the world!

I'm going to be very specific with this next sentence because I definitely don't throw this word around, I cherish the value of it and to me it's not a toy.

To my family and very close friends, I love you and I can't wait to see what the future holds for us all!

A gesture as simple as smiling and opening a door for someone can turn their day around. In co relation to what I wrote above, it doesn't have to be a special day to make someone feel special.

As stated above, the past helps the present create the future. Yes don't dwell on it, but definitely learn and draw from it. "Move forward and don't look back!" That's BS! Look back! Just don't go back... How else are you going to learn from your mistakes if you try to forget about them?!?

Your past is your past for a reason.

Memories.

"A picture is worth a thousand words"

Sometimes pictures just aren't enough. Pictures you're shown are great, but its not the same if you weren't the one taking the picture! or there when the picture was taken.

I was reminded last night that memories last a lifetime. At times, we pick and choose what memories we want to make. Certain things we know we want to do as a group, some by ourselves, and some things we want to save and do with that special someone.

I've subconciously been on this "make memories" kick lately and I've been hanging out a lot. I'm not gonna lie, its physically exhausting, but the more I thought about it today the more I realized that I'm having a great time in life right now.

Yes I barely sleep and yes I'm always broke, but the stories I can tell you from recent events are priceless! I was told I need some alone time. I don't deny the fact that I probably do, but I've never really been one to be alone.

Real memories are risk taking and definitely worth making.
They're more enjoyable then the one's others are faking.
Lasting forever, they're like a slide show playing inside your mind
Things you make with what you do, say, see or what you find.
Memories are priceless, they can never be replaced
Without memories its like your life was just erased.

Your friends got tired of listening to you
It was that feel good ish, sharing is all you could do.
Everyone has that person that always brightens your face
They do it so well! it doesn't matter, the time or the place.
Whether its your brother, or your mother, that girl or that boy.
Their presence just so happens to fill your heart with such joy.
Even if they're far away across the world or just a mile
They always seem to know how to bring out your lovely smile.
People fade in and out of lives, its how the stories unfold.
Relationships are developed... learning experiences they hold.
Always remember this, some people will never go away
They're true to you, they're worth your time, and they're definitely here to stay.

This one goes out to my lovely friend Shailey. Although I haven't seen her physically in FOREVER, we still keep in contact and she still motivates me to keep up with poetry. She's one that's definitely worth my time! Hope you like it sugar! : P
